Director of Tech Solutions Lab

Dennis leads our Technical Solutions Lab team and strives to bring creative and innovative solutions to Channel Fusion’s clients on a daily basis. He started his career as a developer and has managed global teams throughout the world. During one of his career stops, Dennis’ team led the company’s software organization in year-over-year patent submissions.

Outside the office, Dennis loves to spend time with his family and pursuing new experiences traveling. A sports buff, he still tries to find time to play golf and follows the Hawkeyes. He even coached AAU basketball for 10 years.

Terri believes that to create and cultivate the best relationships, one must listen. She has been in the trenches with such companies as Viacom, Showtime Networks, Amoco Oil, Zee TV and Gap, Inc. , to name a few. She is always looking for ways to seek, build, cultivate and bond client relationship connections and help deliver outcomes. For Terri, “win-win” is not a goal, it’s the end result.

A big tennis fan, Terri enjoys play, watch and attend live tennis events.

Account Director

After playing for the nationally ranked and BIG champion Purdue volleyball team in college, leading and managing client accounts with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration comes naturally to JoAnn as Director of Client Services. She cut her teeth in client services early in her career helping manage global accounts for an ad agency in the Chicago area. For JoAnn, customer centricity and successful partnerships are at the core of her being.

Outside of work, JoAnn finds spending time with her grandchildren priceless. She also loves watching BIG volleyball, especially her beloved Boilermakers. Boiler up!

David Lenzen Linkedin

Director of Sales and Marketing

David brings a deep and diverse background to the company as Director of Sales and Marketing. He leads all facets of the company’s revenue generation and marketing efforts from strategy to execution, including lead and demand generation, content marketing, brand management, paid media, web presence and public relations. A military veteran, David started his career as an award-winning journalist and public relations specialist in the U.S. Navy.

An aviation enthusiast, David makes an annual pilgrimage every summer to Oshkosh, WI, to take in the sights and sounds of one of the world’s largest aviation events. He also enjoys spending time in the fall on the North Shore of Lake Superior with his wife.

Director of Digital Marketing

Growing up in the country, the only girl amongst a bunch of farm boys, made Kelly’s unmatched competitive spirit come to life. Whether it’s helping small businesses improve their digital user experiences to convert more revenue, or stuffing a 6’6” man on the volleyball court, Kelly is always dominating something. We prefer she puts her 20+ years dominating digital marketing to use for our clients and their dealers and distributors.

Kelly and her husband enjoy attending live shows and music festivals discovering “up and coming bands” before they become famous, sometimes with their two daughters in tow. She can also be found coaching 11-year-olds in the art of playing volleyball.

Account Director

Having held various positions at Channel Fusion in client services, data analysis and operations, Katie now serves as Director of Incentive Operations. In this role, she leverages her deep experience and love of analytics and process efficiencies to see channel marketing from various perspectives while providing a comprehensive approach and solution to operations and service issues to support positive customer experiences and outcomes.

In her free time, Katie enjoys writing and reading poetry, and attending spoken word events. With a curious mind and love to explore, Katie has traveled to 17 countries and plans on that number going up in the years to come.

Director of Human Resources

As the head of the Channel Fusion people programs, Jeff’s primary focus is building policies and initiatives focused on aligning business strategy with the company’s people strategy. He is an avid believer that the key to business success is all about the people on the team – by helping grow our people, Channel Fusion will grow as well.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and actively engaging in his children’s hobbies. He’s also a big basketball fan and follows the Portland Trail Blazers and the Iowa Hawkeyes.

President/CEO

The day-to-day leader of Fuser Nation, Pankaj serves as the company’s President and CEO. He consults C-level executives with global, industry leading brands on channel incentive and enablement initiatives while guiding the creation of new pillars of services to support the company’s future growth. Pankaj is also very involved with the Cedar Rapids Economic Alliance, serving on the Policy Board in helping grow the community. He also helps the Zach Johnson foundation, sits on the board of Higher Learning Technologies, Apollo Technologies, the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) Board, the Technology Commercialization Committee as well as on the ISA Ventures Advisory Board.

In his spare time, Pankaj loves to negotiate as many strokes as possible so he can compete with his son in golf. He also loves watching his son play competitively, reading, helping other entrepreneurs realize their dreams and learning by being a sponge.

Director of Operations

A Channel Fusion veteran, Stephanie has served in a number of roles since joining the company and is now Director of Operations. She brings to bear her deep understanding of the company’s processes and systems on behalf of our clients and their channel marketing programs.

When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Hawkeyes and J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets! She’s also a big fan of all things Disney and Legos.

Director of Technical Delivery & Operations – CFI

Shivika leads and manages deliverables for different clients as well as operations at the Channel Fusion India office. She leverages her past entrepreneurial experience to successfully manage the operations of the company’s office in Chandigarh, India. Shivika excels in managing successful end-to-end delivery of products and services. She believes that teams reach the highest levels of productivity and success by establishing and maintaining high levels of trust. She always encourages transparency and continuously works to maintain a strong culture and an engaged team within a positive environment.

Outside work, Shivika loves spending time with her adorable pet and family. She also likes reading and baking which helps her to relax and unwind.
