Digital Marketing Optimization
Most of our client’s small- to medium-size channel partners were challenged with the complexity and cost to manage their overall digital marketing initiatives. When reviewing marketing media expenditures, digital marketing always ranked near the bottom of their media spending.
Our Digital Fusion team developed and automated a process for dealers and distributors to sign up through a wizard-based application to optimize their digital marketing efforts. Our team serves as a one stop solution for managing all aspects of a digital marketing program, from building co-branded campaign landing pages, to customizing websites, uploading social media content, reviewing results, and managing co-op funds deduction.
The Digital Fusion team has helped our client leverage digital marketing as a strategic media. As a result, digital media spending went from 0.01 to 24 percent of total co-op budget in 14 months and had a significant impact in driving local traffic and revenue.
Integrated Marketing Promotion Alignment
Our client was getting low trade partner participation in national, regional or market group promotions, missing out on spreading the word to customers for upcoming promotions. There was also a lack of visibility of activity planning at the local level.

Improved In-store Brand Conversion
For this particular client, many of their promotions were not carried through to the in-store customer experience and created gaps in driving stronger brand consideration and conversion, as well as not highlighting the brand’s value propositions to drive an increase in-store consideration through point-of-sale materials.
To improve the shopper marketing experience and increase the display of point-of-sale materials, Channel Fusion developed and deployed an integrated inventory system and online commerce application within the channel marketing portal, allowing trade partners to easily leverage their co-op funds to order marketing materials from multiple suppliers in a single location.
This client realized a significant positive change (more than 30 percent) in the use of co-op funds for branded marketing materials and a more even distribution of usage throughout the year as opposed to using funds at year’s end on non-marketing related items.
